  • Why can I not order online?
    We are currently looking into this and will have this updated soon. In the meantime please go to the CONTACT tab on the website home page and fill in the form, send an email or call us on the mobile contact number
  • Can I buy or view the item?
    Yes, please go to the Contact page, find the address details and trading hours. You will be greeted by a friendly face. Please note if the item is labeled as online the item will not be in the Showroom.
  • Do you offer nationwide delivery?
    Yes, at Showy, we offer nationwide delivery for all our furniture. If you have delivery questions or need help, feel free to message us via our contact form.
  • How do I know the delivery cost for the item?
    Due to the items coming in different sizes, where you are based or the nature of the item (glass products) we can organise a quotation for you.
  • Can I collect the item from the showroom?
    Yes, the item can be collected from the showroom, we can advise you with the lead times.
  • What payment methods of do you accept?
    We take payment via MyPOS, cards we accept visa debit card, visa credit card, Mastercard debit card and Mastercard credit card. If you wish you can also pay by bank transfer.
  • Can I have more pictures or a video of the item?
    We are more than happy to send you more pictures or take a video of the item.
  • I have a general question but I can not find the information
