Please ensure you closely examine the photos, there may be a some imperfection like any ex-display piece of furniture however this item is immaculate. No issues other than the back headrest is missing a clip, as per the last photo, the headrest has been taken off, their is a U shape clip on one side and not on the other, this does not effect the use of the headrest for reclining or using it for its purpose. I am not sure if their is suppose to be 2 clips.
